- Any candidate achieving less than Band III will be advised to join a One Year Foundation Course to gain a strong base before reapplying for admission to their preferred undergraduate/postgraduate course.
- Candidates who have applied to undergraduate courses and have achieved a Band III will be considered to have cleared the English proficiency requirement.
- Candidates who have applied to postgraduate courses and have achieved a Band IV will be considered to have cleared the English proficiency requirement.
- Candidates who have applied to postgraduate courses but have achieved a Band III will be required to appear for a Personal Interview with the Director of the institute. Based upon the candidates performance in the interview, he will either be considered to have cleared the English proficiency requirement, or will be recommended to join a Foundation Course.
