| Rules and Regulations |
| You must: |
- Bring your Entrance Ticket at the time of IELA TEST
- Provide your Original Passport as Proof of Identity at the time of IELA Test.
- Bring HB Pencil and Eraser for use during the test if you are appearing for the Paper Based Test.
- Only have on your desk your identification, (Passport and IELA Entrance Ticket), HB Pencil and eraser.
- Reach 30minutes before the Test.
- Ensure your mobile phones, or any other electronic devices are switched off.
- Keep your personal belonging outside the Test Hall.
- Enter your name, country of origin and IELA Registration number where specified.
- In the case of the Paper Based Test, all answers should be written / indicated on the answer sheet by darkening the circle of your
choice.
- In the case of the Computer Based Test, all answers should be indicated by clicking on the space provided against the chosen option.

| You must not: |
- Take the test on behalf someone else or let someone else take the test for you.
- Carry Mobile phones & Dictionaries in the examination Hall. Any candidate bringing the same will be disqualified.
- Use Correction fluid and highlighters.
- Attempt to cheat, copy the work of another candidate or disrupt the test.
- Smoke, eat or drink in the examination hall.
- Take any weapon or firearms in the test center
- Remove any materials used during the test.
- Write answers on the question paper or make any mark/sign on the question paper.
- Lend anything to, or borrow anything from, another candidate during the examination.

| Advice and Information: |
- Make sure you attend on time.
- Know the date, time and place of your examination and arrive before the scheduled starting time.
- If you arrive late for the test, report to the coordinator/supervisor. You may not be allowed to attend the test.
- Read carefully and follow the instructions on the screen /printed on the question paper and on the answer sheet.
- If you are in doubt about what you should do, raise your hand to attract attention. The coordinator will come to your assistance.
- You may not ask for, and will not be given any explanation of the question.
- You cannot leave your seat until all the papers have been collected and you have been told to leave.
- When you leave the test hall you must not leave behind any papers used for rough work.
- Do not make any noise near the examination room
