Once decided on your course and confirmed your eligibility, you can purchase the prospectus in two ways:

(A) By transferring the money (B) In Person

(A) By transferring the money:

A student needs to send The International Office an email along with a scanned copy of Telegraphic Transfer receipt on prospectus@symbiosis.ac.in consisting the following information:

Name of the Student
Telegraphic Transfer Code
Name of the Bank
Amount
Date of Telegraphic Transfer
Postal Address including City, Zip or Pin Code where prospectus needs to be couriered
Telephone Number with ISD Code
Scanned copy of Telegraphic Transfer receipt

Details of Telegraphic Transfer

Remit US$ 100 + Bank Charges to the Account of the remitter. (incase Prospectus to be couriered outside India)

Remit US$ 60 + Bank Charges + Bank Charges to the Account of the remitter. (Incase Prospectus to be couriered within India)

Kindly note that “THE REMITTER MUST PAY ALL BANK CHARGES”.

Upon receiving the payment, the Symbiosis International Office will courier the International Students' Prospectus to the postal address provided by the student.

(B) In Person:

Students who wish to pay in person will have to first come to the International Office with exact US $ 60 and collect the specific Challan (Bank form) for the payment. The same will need to be filled out and taken to the Bank of Maharashtra Branch, located opposite the International Office. At the bank, the student will need to submit the Challan and pay the corresponding amount in cash. (Only exact change is accepted at the Bank). Once the payment has been made, the Bank will keep the Bank copies of the Challan (for their records) and will return the Student's Copy and International Office copy of the Challan. The student must submit The International Office copy of the Challan back at the International Office once this procedure is complete.

*Incomplete Payments (either through telegraphic transfer or done in person) will not be entertained.
